Wrapped both mega interviews that I had this week - and now we wait .. I hope to be able to share good news soon. Talking to people, even on video, for 4.5 hours is exhausting - two days in a row nearly destroyed me - but now it's back to the waiting game.

Can't remember the last time a video game brought me to tears - but Detroit: Become Human most definitely did. I got the 'good' ending and I can't imagine replaying it without the story I got for these incredible characters.

My alt (original account) finally broke down and got a Lelutka Evo head because 1) I finally messed around with BOM and 2) people started supporting it more. I wonder if that will continue now that Genus is back. Both heads are beautiful.

Job hunt update. Two major panel interviews this week (via video) - both at incredible companies. One would be my dream job, the other a close second. Fingers crossed - panel interviews are tough for me - 4 hours of meeting new people and talking. Whew! Tues/Wednesday are going to be busy!!

Also, petitioning for my degree now .. fingers crossed it all goes through

Second interview (first was with the in house recruiter) scheduled for tomorrow. Video call with the hiring manager ... I really want this. Good vibes appreciated. I wish I could spill more about it but i don't want to jinx it!

I'm still waiting to hear about one exciting opportunity, and another one just came up that legit would be my dream job ( side by side with the one I had at LL, of course). Fingers crossed! Phone interview tomorrow!

Final exam is done, and I will get an A with more than the total points possible (yay for extra credit). After speaking to counselor, I should be getting my degree once these grades are in the system.

It's really weird to not be part of the SL17B festivities planning this year. After 8 years. I hope it's wonderful, but I miss organizing shop and hop, music fest, etc.

Apologies if there is a list I am unaware of, but has anyone put together a list of black-owned SL brands that we can support similar to what we are seeing outside of SL?
