bug bites!!!

extremely depressed, my shin splints are back with a vengeance and now make it impossible to run. 1 1/2 months of rest for nothing.

It's time to run!!!

sore shins and really wants to not be in pain anymore, but I signed up for the Chuckanut foot race, so I have to run, work up to 7 miles

watching man vs. wild with will ferrel, this is going to be fantastic
