Government should tax 70%to 80% of capital gain for socall "INVESTOR"when they buy second house upward.

Government' land shoud build the appartments for ordinary people not see to the financial institution for super expensive condo.

Young people work so hard and cannot afford to buy a nest will reasult to do raise money by abnormal way,that will cause unrest .

Taiwan'big citis like Taipei/Kaosheng/Taichuan appartment price are too high.Beyond young people' reach.This will cause society' stablity.
