Home. Arm is killing me (again).. choice between taking a painkiller and go KO (and feel crap tomorrow at work) or bite through pain until Friday's therapy...

done some knitting while the arm wasn't playing up. Now have to stop because arm is starting to become painful again. I hope I can make it without painkillers
