Um, when I decided my hours for today (different than normal), guess I should have told my colleagues, huh? Good thing they love me!

My goal today: stay positive despite my natural cynical approach to Christmasish stuff. I think it's going to take some extra prayer...

When I got up, I was wondering how I'd get it all done. Funny how morning prayer changes my perspective.

How is it that my 4yo can lie awake for an hour in a dark room, in her bed, just WAITING for me to go down the stairs?

All this talk of Christmas (on podcasts in my ears, in the office, all around) has me *almost* convinced to listen to the Christmas tunes.
