Do a half marathon, you say? Done.

In 2017, I was over 330 pounds and headed for disaster health-wise. Today, I'm under 200 pounds. Probably for the first time since I was a teenager. And I'm motivated enough to get up early and jog a 10k to see the sunrise.

Looks like Washington State is shutting down bars, restaurants, pretty much anywhere where more than 50 people can gather as of Tuesday.

Noticed a LOT of empty church parking lots on today's jog. Which is quite unusual for a Sunday. I know at least one of the churches moved their service online. Which, given the restrictions on gathering sizes around here (no more than 250), makes sense.

After yesterday's 11 miles, I thought "eh, maybe only 6 today." Did over 9 and jogged into…onederland.

Wasn't planning to do 11 miles, but I did. Longest I've done so far.

Let's see, they've stopped all major sports, they're shutting down the schools in the Greater Seattle area, and banned large crowds. I guess we are suffering from the old Chinese curse "may you live in interesting times."
