good news minor fracture, just wacked the nerve really good so he said rest it...if its not better in 4 more wks nerve tests to see if it's damaged. I'm never using the pole cutter again to cut trees.

good morning, I'm heading out the door for the day. Dr. appt to confirm I fractured my elbow a few weeks back. good thing it doesn't hurt I just have some numb fingers.

morning all, back from my 10K, showered and now time for some coffee. It was hot for the run but glad I did it. My stop watch said 101:28 but don't know my official time, hoping under 1hr.

it was a crazy busy day, glad it's over. Race in the morning so I'm going to bed 5:00a will come too soon. night all.
