The advantage of NOT having our usual blog to post on? More time on Plurk, of course! And we've pretty much decided that this is our main blogging home, from now on!

Well, that’s FOUR YEARS OF HARD WORK ON GAB DOWN THE DRAIN! We’re sorry that Gab was pulled in the UK by what we must now (sadly) call a #CriminalGovernment - despite our pledge to stay out of politics for the most part. But you’ll be pleased to know, we are NOT giving up on our project! #UKGabBan

Nothing confirmed yet, but we may be about to get a bit of help later this year - and from an unlikely source: a neighbour! We will post more on that if anything develops, but quite a lot has been promised. Let's wait and see.

Vernon's view:- Criticism is fine, but sometimes the sheer ugliness of it gets to me, if I am honest. All that work I have put in that people don't see! I ought to rise above the criticism, but sometimes, it grates on me. I hope next year's better. Well, without hope, what are we? I firmly believe this project can make a positive difference to people's lives

We've gone outside of our region to test our ideas there as well. Hopefully, we'll have time to do that over the period leading up to Christmas, and just after New Year.
