what made it bad

sospicey: like 1000 pounds of sauerkraut, bread was too thin and floppy and literally wet from the sauerkraut, the meat had no flavor and was kinda chewy, the russian dressing was gross and also pink , it was also served open and it didnt say it would be and i wanted it closed but that was a mess so i gave up and ate it with knife and fork
