...had food poisoning earlier today and I tried to hold it until I got home and failed...dehydrated and felt more zombie than human...cannot replenish water fast enough...food cause pain and phobia...

...throat was sensitive and some food went down the wrong pipe and my lungs and windpipe nearly exploded...no more solid food for a few more days...

...skipped dinner last night...have to have something huge for brunch...a combination of roasted pork and soy sauce chicken on rice comes to mind...
