have you ever noticed how you can be worrying and stressing about something when you are safe? - been working on that a lot this summer.. thoughts of future, missing the PRESENT moment!! ugh... can be such a struggle! thankful for the people who teach a way to experience NOW, now, lol... not "later" when "things are perfect. anyone relate?
