so I'm sitting at the endocrinologist this morning, thinking I had an appointment and...idk. i don't. but I've been in a lot of pain recently and they offered to ask a question if I had one and so...I asked: "Can hiatal hernias be taken care of with antibiotics?"

so my diet has had to change pretty dramatically and IT'S JUST SO DIFFICULT BUN AND ROOMIE BOTH ORDERED PIZZA AND I AM SALTY

my friend said that I needed to name my hernia...so I named her Karen because I dont know any Karen's and also DAMN IT KAREN
