It's taken a while to get to this point - while I had a Nintendo 64 as a kid, we never bought Super Mario 64 for some reason, and I've never beaten it. However, I've been playing the game on the Wii U, and I've got enough stars to reach the final battle!

I beat Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance! The endgame was a ridiculous spike in difficulty - there were six boss fights in a row, with the first two being much harder than anything that came before them. (and the other four being just as hard if not harder)

I beat Donkey Kong Bananza!

I found the game pretty relaxing - I didn't feel pressured to hunt down collectibles, and I could go through it at my own pace.

I think I'm nearing the end of both Donkey Kong Bananza and Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance.

For DK, I'm on sublayer 1300, with recent story developments making it seem like I'm nearing the endgame. For KH, I'm on what might be the final set of Disney worlds - I find it funny that Sora and Riku have gone to France twice in one game.

I went to Fan Expo today. I didn't get anything, but I had a great time seeing the sights. (The costumes were great)

Made it to the final battles of Final Fantasy 9!
